Why we make them

“O humanity! Indeed, We created you from a male and a female, and made you into peoples and tribes so that you may get to know one another. Surely the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous among you. Allah is truly All-Knowing, All-Aware.”

Surah Al-Hujurat · 49:13

“Allah is beautiful and He loves beauty.”

Narration of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)

The ten per cent pledge

A man asked Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), “What is the best act of Islam?” He (peace be upon him) said, “To feed others and to give greetings of Salam to those whom you know and to those whom you do not know.”

Why we make them

Beauty is a universal language

In a world often divided, we believe beauty is a universal language. When someone brings home one of our lamps, they're not just purchasing an object. They're honouring a culture, supporting artisans, and becoming part of a movement that celebrates the dignity and beauty in every tradition.

This sharing of beauty is an invitation to connect, learn, and know one another.

Palestine
